Onsite meeting of 1 to 2 hours to get better acquainted and discuss your project goals. We encourage you to ask questions and bring up any concerns to guarantee you go into the project without unnecessary worries.
Our team meets to establish a cost breakdown based on the project scope. We then combine this with information gathered in the consultation to create a detailed proposal. Once signed, we begin planning and submit for permits.
Our designers will start working on the design in collaboration with our architectural team. You’ll have the opportunity to browse and select materials and finishes at our showroom alongside an interior designer.
Demolition and construction begin as scheduled. We provide continuous updates using our client portal, including texts and project photos. We perform a final walkthrough with touchups before cleaning the site. The last step is presenting the newly created space!
